Nevisense.com is operated by Nevisense (“SCIBASE” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and has created this website to provide information about the Nevisense system and its intended use. We are committed to responsible information handling practices. You can visit most pages on the Site (as defined below) without giving us any personally identifiable data (“Personal Information”), but sometimes we need information to provide information that you request. This Privacy Policy explains data collection and use, including Personal Information and other information that is collected from Site visitors.

This Privacy Policy applies to Nevisense.com (and each sub-domain associated with this URL) (collectively, the “Site”). By visiting the Site, you consent to the information practices described in this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect:

Personal Information That You Provide Through the Site: While you are visiting the Site, SCIBASE may collect some Personal Information from you. If you are a dermatologist with an already existing Nevisense account, you will be asked for only your previously issued login and password. No additional information will be requested. When you use the Site, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily provide additional information, ONLY if you elect to give us that information such as when you contact us, request information, or request communication from us. Personal Information may include:

• Address
• Zip code
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Any other information that you elect to submit to use when using these Site features.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Information to the Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of SCIBASE and the authorized third parties referred to in this Privacy Policy.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

When you interact with SCIBASE through the Site, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We consider your Personal Information to be a vital part of our relationship with you and we aim to limit the disclosure of such information. SCIBASE takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information provided via the Site from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Nevisense.com is not designed for children and SCIBASE does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information on this Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to SCIBASE through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
